Innovation: EHP
We make the yarn fit

General Guidelines
EHP yarn has one third the stretch of polyester and therefore is less “forgiving”.
- Polyester elongation at break is ~12% vs. less than 4% for EHP yarn.
- Best results are obtained when the wraps are kept as even as possible.
- Sling building speeds should be reduced and all tensions equalized to maintain uniform wrap lengths.
- Slack or drooping ends will NOT “pull out” as they do with polyester slings.
Proof testing is recommended for all High Performance Roundslings.
